Coaches
Coaches Code of Conduct and Responsibilities
- All Coaches:
- Will model the core values of the program (Discipline, Empathy, Passion, and Toughness).
- Will follow the league rules.
- Will complete the required training and consider taking optional training courses.
- Will attend the required coaches clinics
- Will treat all players, coaches, refs, parents and community members with respect.
- Will maintain a physically, socially and emotionally safe environment.
- Will make football fun.
- Will use the playbook with slight modifications, follow provided practice scripts and drills.
- Will teach athletes how to win with grace and lose with dignity.
- Will demand excellence over success.
- Will provide support for athletes in all faucets of their lives.
- Will provide instruction that promotes safety.
- Will evaluate athletes fairly and honestly.
- Will be demanding but never demeaning (name calling/sarcasm).
- Will not use abusive or profane language in front of players.

- Concussion in sports (45 minutes)
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest (45 minutes)
- Developing Youth Through Sport (90 minutes)
- Head Coaches
- The Collapsed Student (45 minutes)
